Grants/donations may be awarded to Foundations or Associations recognized as serving the public interest (reconnues d’utilité publique) whose purpose is to promote medical research or to provide training for healthcare professionals, and whose concerns address issues of major importance for public health.
Grants/donations are awarded following consultation with the Scientific Committee of L’Institut Servier, and subject to the opinion/authorization of the competent authorities.
Eligibility criteria
The grant/donation must contribute to supporting independent institutions in their healthcare professional training or research activities, without requiring any service or designated return. It may only be granted to an organization recognized in the healthcare field, with which there is no conflict of interest, and never to an individual.
L’Institut Servier exercises no control over the content of supported programmes or their beneficiaries.
L’Institut Servier supports fundamental or clinical medical research projects, as well as healthcare professional training programmes, in its priority therapeutic areas: oncology, cardiovascular, neurodegenerative and paediatric pathologies.

All applications must be accompanied by the following documents, in accordance with Institut Servier’s eligibility criteria:
Formal application from the institution detailing the training or research project
Written agreement or acceptance letter addressed to the beneficiary institution, specifying that the grant/donation will be entirely dedicated to supporting the training or research programme
