Governance in service of our mission
L’Institut Servier is a non-profit association of the Servier Group. Its governance is built on an organizational structure designed to ensure the proper functioning of the L’Institut Servier and the fulfillment of its missions in support of research and the dissemination of medical knowledge.
The association’s resources come notably from annual membership fees paid by active contributing members and benefactor members.

Composition of the
Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee of L’Institut Servier is composed of a President and permanent members — recognized figures in their fields of medical and scientific expertise — drawn from the academic hospital sector in France and internationally.
The Committee meets regularly to review projects and contribute to the Institut’s scientific direction. It is involved in particular in decisions regarding the award of research grants for young researchers, the support of scientific programmes, and the organization of scientific events in France and abroad.
Members of the Scientific Committee carry out their role on a voluntary basis and in full scientific independence.
