Servier undertakes to make its websites accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
To this end, it is implementing the following strategy and actions:
- Following the accessibility audit conducted in June 2025 by LICORN PUBLISHING, Servier is implementing an annual plan for 2025/2026.

Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with General Accessibility Guidelines (RGAA 4.1).
The compliance audit conducted by LICORN PUBLISHING reveals that:
- 75% of the RGAA version 4 criteria are met.
Technical Information
An internal accessibility review was conducted in June 2025 using automated tools (such as Axe and Lighthouse), as well as manual testing with screen readers (NVDA and VoiceOver) and keyboard navigation.
Although many accessibility features have been implemented, some areas of the site still need improvement.
This website is tested using screen readers (NVDA and VoiceOver), modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), and accessibility evaluation tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, and WAVE.
The site is built using accessible design principles and aims for compatibility with a wide range of assistive technologies.
Known Accessibility Limitations
We are aware of the following accessibility issues:
- 3.2 On each web page, is the contrast between the text color and its background color sufficiently high (excluding special cases)?
- 4.4 For each pre-recorded synchronized media with synchronized subtitles, are the subtitles relevant?
- 6.2 On each web page, does each link have a label (link text)?

Multi-year accessibility plan
Plan content
In application of the General Accessibility Guidelines (RGAA 4.1), the multi-year plan has a maximum duration of three years and outlines the digital accessibility policy of the institution concerned. Compliance work and actions to improve digital accessibility are planned on an annual basis in the action plans.
Publication of a plan
Digital accessibility is a major concern linked to the development and provision of websites or applications by the Communication Department of Servier Group. This commitment to digital accessibility is reflected in the development of a multi-year digital accessibility plan combined with annual action plans aimed at ensuring compliance with General Accessibility Guidelines (RGAA 4.1) and providing progressive enhancements to the relevant websites and applications.
